SuperBaji Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to SuperBaji. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and SuperBaji ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the SuperBaji website located at superbaji.cash and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered through it.

SuperBaji is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform offering services including, but not limited to, live cricket betting, Teen Patti, poker, online casino games, card games, and associated promotional programmes. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are intended for use by residents of Pakistan aged 18 and above.

By creating a SuperBaji account, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the SuperBaji platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the SuperBaji platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SuperBaji operates a strict minimum age policy and we reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and associations may not register accounts.
• You must be the true and sole owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or be subject to any regulatory restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former SuperBaji employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent, or a family member of any such person.

3. Account Registration & Security

When registering a SuperBaji account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if anything changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on SuperBaji at any given time. Operating multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings generated.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. SuperBaji strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication features that are made available. You must not share your password with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify SuperBaji immediately via support@superbaji.cash.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

SuperBaji operates a Know Your Customer process as part of its commitment to security and compliance. We may request identity verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time we deem appropriate. Required documents may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts will not be permitted to withdraw funds until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

SuperBaji processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your SuperBaji account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction.
• Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during banking hours.
• SuperBaji does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded where identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions.
• SuperBaji reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in the account holder's own name and that has been used to fund the account, or to an account that has been verified as belonging to the member.
• SuperBaji reserves the right to apply a mandatory review period to withdrawals where fraud checks are required. During such reviews, the funds in question will be held temporarily. Members will be notified of any such hold.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be subject to additional verification and wagering requirement checks before withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

SuperBaji periodically offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, and the Refer a Friend scheme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available once per member unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your SuperBaji bonus balance and cannot be transferred to another account.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must typically be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain after the validity period expires will be removed from your account.
• SuperBaji reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reclaim a bonus or bonus winnings if it believes the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse of multiple accounts, or in breach of these terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New SuperBaji members are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 25,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount on eligible games. The welcome bonus is valid for 14 days from the date of crediting. 5.3 Refer a Friend

Members who refer new registrants to SuperBaji via the Refer a Friend programme will receive a referral reward when the referred person registers, makes a qualifying deposit, and completes the required wagering activity. Rewards are credited in PKR. Self-referrals, or referrals of persons who are found to be duplicate accounts, will not be rewarded.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All bets placed on SuperBaji's sportsbook, including cricket, are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. In general:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Prices may fluctuate before a bet is confirmed.
• SuperBaji reserves the right to restrict betting markets, impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, or refuse a bet at its discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. SuperBaji will not be held liable for bets rejected due to the result being known at the time the bet is received.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled before completion of the scheduled course of play, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for the relevant sport which are published in full in the sportsbook rules section.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (a "palpable error"), SuperBaji reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

6.2 Casino & Card Games

All casino games including Teen Patti, poker, baccarat, and slots are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. Live dealer games are additionally governed by the rules communicated by the dealer at the table. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the hand or round in progress will be voided and stakes returned. SuperBaji uses certified dealing and independently verified random number generation where applicable.

6.3 Bet Settlement

SuperBaji aims to settle all bets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event or game. In cases where the result of an event is disputed or under official review, settlement may be delayed until the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body. Incorrect settlements identified within 72 hours of the event conclusion may be revised. After 72 hours, settlements are considered final.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

SuperBaji is committed to maintaining a fair and honest environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud: Any form of financial fraud including use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or false identity documentation.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Teen Patti, poker, or any other card or table game.
• Cheating Software: Use of any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to interact with the platform in a manner that is not through the standard human interface.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets connected to any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Using the SuperBaji platform to transfer, conceal, or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player in poker or card games to transfer value unfairly.
• Multiple Accounts: As described in Section 3, operating more than one account is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

SuperBaji collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SuperBaji implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions to and from the platform. Your account information, payment details, and transaction history are stored securely and are never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data SuperBaji holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and under certain circumstances, to request deletion. Such requests should be directed to support@superbaji.cash.

9. Responsible Gaming

SuperBaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity and not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all SuperBaji members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on how much you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications reminding you how long you have been playing.
• Cool-down Period: Take a short break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks by requesting a temporary account restriction.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the SuperBaji platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

SuperBaji will never market to a member who has requested self-exclusion or a cool-down period. Members who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance and additional resources.

10. Liability & Disputes

10.1 Limitation of Liability

SuperBaji's liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the value of funds held in the member's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. SuperBaji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any kind.

SuperBaji does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. SuperBaji will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your SuperBaji account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the service, you should contact SuperBaji's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or at support@superbaji.cash. SuperBaji will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.

Where a dispute relates to a specific bet or game outcome, the result recorded in SuperBaji's system at the time of settlement will be treated as the authoritative record in the absence of evidence to the contrary. SuperBaji's decision on disputes is final following the completion of the internal review process.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

SuperBaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account holder is under the minimum age of 18.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires such action.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, SuperBaji reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance in the account, including real money funds and any bonus balance. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the member, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after all outstanding wagering obligations have been reviewed.

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting SuperBaji's support team. If a voluntary closure request is made with a positive real money balance, the balance will be processed for withdrawal to the member's verified payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

SuperBaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are significant, by sending a notification to the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Your continued use of the SuperBaji platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

SuperBaji also reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or temporarily withdraw any game, betting market, promotional offer, or feature of the platform at any time without liability.
